Everyone that works there is amazing so kind so sweet and so comforting. I recommend everyone to go there. I thank all of them for being there for us . They didn't turn me down when I didn't have all the money. Thank you so much

Long story short: I brought my 18 week old puppy here and they made 2 big mistakes (the doctor admitted it). They performed unnecessary procedures and left his legs bloody. When I confronted the doctor (who was trying not to draw attention to her mistakes) she just said "we dropped the ball." The staff is negligent, incompetent, and seems to enjoy hurting your pet.
I brought my 3lb puppy here after he swallowed some rocks. The Chelsea location we originally visited at 10PM took his initial x-rays. Unfortunately, they did not have a working endoscope so they sent us to the UES location. This is where our horrors began.
We arrived at the UES at midnight and waited 2.5hrs for the endoscope to be set up. The staff was reading a laminated piece of paper on how to use the endoscope. An anesthesiologist with short pink hair took our puppy and tried to insert a catheter. She grabbed him as he was screaming and yelled "stop moving or I'm going to stab you 5 times." They ended up sticking him 5 times because they couldn't find a vein. At the end, all four of his legs were bloody. As the anesthesiologist was doing this she said "your veins suck." No, "it's ok baby, it'll be over soon!" or "don't worry, you're doing a great job." ...
I felt fearful of stopping the procedure at this point because I was weighing the pros and cons of them getting the rocks out of my dog's stomach vs the trauma they were inflicting on him.
After my puppy had the catheter in, the staff had the genius idea to take another x-ray to make sure the rocks were still in the stomach and hadn't moved to the intestines. Dr. Clare Cisneros let us know the "good news" that the rocks were now in the colon. I asked her why she didn't take the x-ray before all of the needle sticking. She said she "dropped the ball" and didn't check the timestamp of the last x-ray which was 5 hrs ago at 10pm and she should've realized the rocks could have moved during that time.
At this point, I was furious because my puppy was covered in blood, screaming, and tired. It was now 4AM. He was forced through unnecessary procedures because of a sloppy oversight. Mind you, there was only 1 other patient at the ER at this time. The doctor 1.) Didn't check the timestamp of the original x-rays and 2.) Didn't think to do the x-ray before sticking my puppy with needles 5 times.
She then asked me to be "professional" since I was yelling at this point and may have used a few choice words. I told her SHE should be professional and do her job correctly! Her final words were "I already apologized and said your visit is free. What more do you want?"
IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. The anesthesiologist and Dr. Cisneros are sloppy and incompetent.

MISDIAGNOISED @ THIS ER. I brought my cat to the emergency room after speaking with a vet online through my insurance. VEG tells me my cat is overweight and constipated and that my cat would be fine until my vet appointment the following day. Upon bring my cat to the vet I find out my cat has a urinary blockage and needs emergency surgery. I spent so much money at the ER the night before I almost couldn't afford the surgery. The vet told me that the ER should have caught this the night before and my cat could die if this isn't taken care of immediately. How could the ER make such a mistake and misdiagnosed my cat. If my cat dies I'll never forgive this ER. This was the worst experience ever.
